1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is WO Software Karol Wesołowski, the operator of the website and owner of the WO Software brand.
ul. Astrowa 21,81-198 Kosakowo, Poland
Tax ID: 5861722766

2. Scope of the website
The website presents WO Software applications and modules, publishes version information, provides downloadable files and offers customer accounts required to handle paid products and licences.
3. User accounts
A user account stores an email address, a secure password hash, account-creation and last-login dates, and technical data required for password reset. Free applications and modules do not require an account.
For paid products, the account may be linked to a licence identifier, licence status, assigned production and test domains, a pseudonymous installation identifier, the installation public key and the time of the most recent successful verification. Installation private keys are not transmitted to WO Software.
4. Correspondence
If you contact us by email or telephone, we may process the contact details you provide, the content of the message and information required to handle your request.
The data is processed in order to:
- reply to and handle the request, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest,
- take steps at your request before entering into a contract or perform an agreed service, where the correspondence concerns such a matter,
- establish, pursue or defend claims where necessary.
Providing data is voluntary, but without a return address or information needed to identify the issue, we may be unable to respond.
5. Software downloads
For free files, the system may store only an aggregate download count. Private files for paid products may be issued only to a signed-in user with an active licence, in which case the download may be recorded as a technical event associated with that licence. WO Software does not store payment-card data.
6. Server logs
Like most websites, the hosting server may automatically store standard technical logs, including the IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource, response code and browser information.
Logs may be used to maintain security, diagnose failures, prevent abuse and ensure correct operation of the website. Processing is based on the controller's legitimate interest. The website uses hosting services provided by SEOHOST.
7. Cookies and consent
The website uses essential cookies for security, session handling, remembering the selected language and storing the user's privacy choice. Essential cookies are not used for advertising or profiling.
Optional analytics, preference or marketing tools may be enabled only in accordance with the user's choice made through WO Cookie & Consent Manager. Optional categories are disabled by default, and the decision can be changed at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
If Google services are configured, the manager communicates the relevant Google Consent Mode v2 signals to their tags. The current list of cookies, services, purposes and retention periods is available in the Cookie Policy.
8. Recipients and retention
Data may be entrusted to providers of hosting, email, security and technical-support services, only to the extent required to provide those services. It may also be disclosed to authorised public authorities where required by law.
Account data is retained until the account is deleted by the user or the account service is discontinued. Licence and transaction data may be retained longer where required to perform the contract, maintain access to purchased software, meet accounting obligations or prevent abuse. Correspondence is retained for the time needed to handle the matter and then for the period required to secure potential claims or meet legal obligations. Retention periods for technical logs and backups depend on the hosting provider's configuration and policies.
9. Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and receive your data, as well as the right to object. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Requests may be sent to biuro@wosoftware.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
10. Automated decisions and international transfers
The website does not make automated decisions about users and does not perform profiling. The controller does not plan to transfer data outside the European Economic Area. If the use of an external technical provider changes this situation, the policy will be updated accordingly.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the website develops, the tools in use change or legal requirements are amended. The current version is always available at this address, and the date of the latest update appears at the beginning of the document.
