1. Service provider
The WO Software website is operated by WO Software Karol Wesołowski, ul. Astrowa 21, 81-198 Kosakowo, Poland, Tax ID: 5861722766.
Contact: biuro@wosoftware.pl, phone +48 451 000 689. WO Software is a brand owned by the business identified above.
2. Scope of services
The website provides, free of charge:
- information about applications, modules and their versions,
- software files marked as available for download,
- information about updates,
- contact channels for support and custom implementations.
User accounts are available to handle paid products, licences and private updates. The price and detailed terms of a paid product must be presented before an order is placed. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription or any automatic charge.
3. User accounts
A user may create an account using an email address and password. The account is used to manage paid products and licences. The user is responsible for keeping the password confidential and must not grant unauthorised persons access to the account.
4. Technical requirements
Use of the website requires an internet-connected device, a current browser supporting HTTPS and the ability to download files. Requirements for a specific product, including supported operating systems and required components, may be stated on its product page or in the documentation supplied with the file.
Software should be installed only on a device for which the user has appropriate permissions. A backup of important data should be made before installing tools that affect a store, database or sales system.
5. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to submit unlawful content, attempt to obtain unauthorised access to another person's account or administration panel, disrupt the website, bypass security controls, create accounts in bulk, or automate downloads in a way that places an excessive load on the infrastructure.
The service provider may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, updates, failures, security threats or abuse.
6. Downloads and licences
Unless different terms are stated for a product, the user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable and territorially unrestricted licence to install and use the software for its intended purpose, for personal use or the internal purposes of the user's business.
Free software remains protected by copyright. “Free” does not mean that source code is provided or that the software may be sold, sublicensed, publicly distributed in modified form or stripped of attribution, unless a different licence—such as MIT—is expressly stated for the project.
Unless permitted by the applicable licence, the software may not be resold or distributed under another name without the publisher's prior consent. These restrictions do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where a paid module is described as domain-licensed, the licence is assigned to the specified production domain. Unless the product description states otherwise, one additional slot is available for a test or development environment. The licence key is non-transferable and may not be published, resold or shared between independent entities.
A module may periodically confirm licence status and retrieve signed or encrypted configuration data. The mechanism is designed with a grace period for temporary licence-server unavailability, so that a brief WO Software outage does not immediately stop the customer's store.
7. Updates and file security
The publisher may release fixes, new versions and end-of-support notices. Unless a product description states otherwise, updates are not guaranteed within a specific period.
Files should be downloaded from the official WO Software website or the product's official Microsoft Store page. SHA-256 checksums may be provided for new files published directly on the website so that users can verify integrity.
8. Support and technical reports
The scope of free support is stated for each product. A technical report should include the product name and version, operating-system version, a description of the issue and the exact error message. Passwords, API keys and other credentials must not be sent.
WO Przerwy is a tool for organising work and break intervals. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions and does not replace medical advice or workplace health-and-safety rules.
9. Liability
We exercise due care to ensure that the website and downloadable files operate as described. Because devices, systems and third-party software differ, uninterrupted operation in every configuration cannot be guaranteed.
The user is responsible for correct environment configuration, installation permissions and backups. The service provider's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
10. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to biuro@wosoftware.pl. The message should include information enabling us to reply, a description of the issue, the product name and the requested outcome.
Complaints are handled without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt. If the description is insufficient to identify the cause, we may request additional information without affecting statutory deadlines.
11. Starting and ending use
Use of a free service begins when the user enters the website, starts a download or creates an account. The user may stop using the service at any time by leaving the website, deleting the downloaded file, uninstalling the software or deleting the account.
12. Final provisions
These terms are governed by Polish law. They are available free of charge in a form that can be saved and reproduced. Privacy information is available in the Privacy Policy.
The terms may be amended for valid reasons such as website development, changes to the scope of services, security requirements or legal changes. Amendments do not affect rights acquired before they enter into force.
